.............and weighing yourself - BUT If you KNOW you did well lately (i.e low cals - but no purge either) you can be sure if your weight seems stuck, it WILL go down by several lbs soon if you keep it up - Your body will take a few days to adjust its metabolism and will 'then catch up' - throughout your weight loss, don't get discouraged -
set a calorie limit but if you go over a bit, just compensate the next day -
